Here at Daddy Bones, we serve only the best and freshest home-style BBQ.

We're up early every morning stoking our wood-fired smoker, and carefully seasoning our top quality pork, beef and poultry. We also make all of our sides fresh every day from scratch.

Since we only prepare enough food for the day, we may run out of a few things - but don't worry - we'll make more tomorrow!

Please note that one of the signs of true pit-cooked BBQ is the "Smoke Ring" - a light pink ring just under the surface of the meat.

Our BBQ is 100% cooked, but because of the smoking process - unlike roasted or braised meats - our smoked chicken and pork may have a pinkish color next to the bone.

So please grab a cold drink, pull up a chair, relax and enjoy!
